Impulsebyte was started in Jaipur because we saw too many businesses being sold solutions they did not need, built by people who would not support them after launch. Our version of an agency is simpler: understand the business problem, build the right solution, measure the result, and be honest when something is not working.
A Shopify developer who kept getting asked for more.
First clients needed Shopify stores. Built custom themes in Liquid - no templates, everything from Figma. Shopify Partner programme joined early. First clients in Jaipur ethnic wear and sports equipment.
Clients needed more than Shopify - custom PHP platforms, WooCommerce stores with complex catalogues, and CI4 applications for nonprofits and B2B businesses. Full-stack capability built in-house.

Every project starts with a written scope - deliverables, timeline, price, and what is not included. Signed before work begins. No "we can figure it out as we go."
You know the price when you approve the scope. 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. No timesheets, no invoices for extra hours unless explicitly agreed.
The people who scope your project build it. No account managers passing briefs to a production team you never meet. If Sheesh is on the call, Sheesh is building it.
If your budget does not match the scope, we say so. If your project needs a skill we do not have, we say that too. We have turned down projects - it is a feature, not a bug.
Most client communication happens over WhatsApp. No project management tool you need to log into. No weekly status emails. Updates when there is something worth updating you on.
Most bad projects start with a predetermined tool - "we need an app" or "we need SEO." Good projects start with a problem - "we are losing customers at checkout" or "we cannot be found on Google for our category."
We set up tracking before we run campaigns. We establish a baseline before optimising. A 30% improvement means nothing without knowing what 100% was. We do not report outputs - we report outcomes.
Every Rs 2,000/month app we replace with a native Liquid or PHP solution saves the client Rs 24,000 a year. App bloat slows stores and costs money indefinitely. We build it once, you own it forever.
