Ground Zero is a talent search and advisory firm built for the social impact ecosystem in India and South Asia. Strengthening nonprofits since 2021, the organization offers executive leadership search, talent nurturing, and ecosystem advisory services. Through its community initiatives, podcast, and free AI-enabled job board, Ground Zero connects mission-driven organizations with top-tier talent.
The Challenge
As Ground Zero grew to support over 150 nonprofit partners, organizing its multifaceted offerings into a cohesive digital experience became increasingly complex. Balancing executive search services with candidate resources, community links, and media content required a strategic content hierarchy. Additionally, the platform needed to establish strong corporate credibility while maintaining an engaging, community-focused brand identity.
Our Approach
A modern, well-structured web platform was designed to clearly segment services for both hiring organizations and prospective candidates. Content pathways were streamlined to highlight core service areas, client testimonials, and resource hubs such as podcasts and job boards. Clear calls to action and responsive design elements were incorporated to optimize user navigation and lead generation across all devices.
