Disk fills up and the site crashes

No. The VPS stays in your own account and you pay the provider directly, typically Rs 800 to 2,500 a month depending on the provider and plan, such as DigitalOcean, Hostinger VPS or Hetzner. The retainer covers our management work on that server. You own the infrastructure and we manage it.
Yes. We start with a one-time audit of the existing server: the current stack, security posture, backup status and configuration. Then we bring it to our standard baseline before the retainer starts. The audit is a fixed fee of Rs 5,000 to 12,000 depending on complexity, separate from the monthly plan.
Laravel, CodeIgniter 4, WordPress (WooCommerce included) and Node.js applications on Ubuntu VPS servers. We manage Nginx, PHP-FPM, MySQL and the services around them. We do not manage cPanel shared hosting: a site on shared hosting moves to a VPS first, through our Cloud Migration service.

These get the response time of your plan. Config changes and non-critical issues are handled in normal IST working hours.
Extra work is billed at our standard time and material rate: Rs 1,200 an hour for standard work and Rs 1,800 an hour for senior or complex work. We always tell you before starting anything that would go over your included hours, so there are no surprise charges at the end of the month.
Yes, with 30 days notice. We keep managing the server for the full 30 days, and on exit you get a handover document with everything needed for you or another team to take over. We never hold your server, credentials or configuration hostage.
Security updates for Ubuntu, PHP, Nginx and MySQL are tested on staging first, then applied to production. Version upgrades, such as a new PHP release, are planned, announced in the monthly report and done when your app is ready for them, not by an unattended upgrade at night.
The backup job is checked every day, and once a month we restore a backup to confirm it is complete and usable. If a backup fails, we fix the job before it matters. The result of every check is in your monthly health report.
It is our uptime target for the servers we manage, measured by the external monitoring that checks your site every minute. It is a target we work to, not a promise that nothing can ever go wrong. When something does, the emergency response time of your plan applies.
