Data Analytics:
Stop guessing
which channel works.
Start measuring it.
Data and analytics for eCommerce brands from Jaipur: GA4 and Google Tag Manager set up properly, Meta Conversions API, blended ROAS dashboards in Looker Studio, LTV cohorts and attribution that reflects reality instead of last-click guesswork.
- Audit before any build
- Verified in Events Manager and DebugView
- Free tools first
Free tools first, configured properly.
GA4, Tag Manager, Meta CAPI and Looker Studio cover most stores. Paid tools only when they solve a problem the free stack cannot.
The measurement problem
Broken data is worse than no data.
It makes you confident in wrong decisions. These are the six measurement failures we find most often when we audit an eCommerce account.
Last-click attribution gives Meta all the credit
Someone sees your Reel, searches your brand on Google, clicks a retargeting ad and buys. The dashboard says Meta drove the sale, and your organic and brand search work becomes invisible.
Blended ROAS hides the channel truth
A healthy blended number can sit on top of a top-of-funnel campaign losing money and a retargeting campaign doing all the work. Scaling the blend scales the wrong campaigns.
GA4 misses conversions after iOS 14 and cookie blockers
Browser tracking is blocked for a large share of visitors. Without server-side events and the Conversions API, the numbers you optimise against are incomplete.
No LTV data, so you optimise for the first purchase only
Ads optimise for purchase events, but nobody knows whether those customers come back. A buyer who orders four times a year is worth far more than the dashboard suggests.
Reporting that takes hours to build every week
Someone exports three spreadsheets, pastes them together and emails a PDF on Monday. It is manual, slow and always a week late.
Ad spend never connected to actual revenue
The ads dashboard shows spend, the store shows revenue, and nobody has joined them. Which campaigns are profitable after returns is a guess.
What we do
From broken pixel to blended ROAS.
Every engagement starts with an audit. We do not build dashboards on top of broken tracking.
GA4, Meta Pixel and CAPI setup
GA4 property configuration, Meta Pixel with the standard events, the server-side Conversions API and event validation, so you capture what browsers block.
Blended ROAS dashboard
Spend from Meta Ads Manager and revenue from Shopify or your CRM in one view: daily blended ROAS, channel breakdown, cost per purchase by campaign and CAC trends.
Customer LTV and cohort analysis
Order data segmented by acquisition channel and month: 30, 60 and 90-day repeat purchase rates and LTV by cohort, so you know which channel brings customers who come back.
Attribution modelling
First-touch, last-touch and data-driven models compared on your own order data, to see where organic, paid and direct are credited correctly and where they are not.
eCommerce analytics audit
Duplicate events, missing events, wrong currency, broken checkout funnel tracking and attribution window mismatches, delivered as a fix report.
Ongoing analytics retainer
Weekly performance reports, dashboard maintenance, ad hoc data pulls and quarterly LTV updates. Clean data and clear answers, not raw spreadsheets.
The dashboard
One view instead of three exports.
Spend from the ad platforms, revenue from your store and behaviour from GA4, joined in one auto-refreshing dashboard you can share with anyone on the team.
- Daily blended ROAS and channel-level ROAS side by side
- Cost per purchase and CAC by acquisition source
- Daily spend against daily revenue
- LTV cohorts by acquisition month
- Orders the pixel missed, matched by UTM source

The stack
Tools that are free or already yours.
Meta Pixel and CAPI
Server-side Conversions API alongside the browser pixel, recovering events lost to iOS 14 and cookie blockers.
GA4
eCommerce events, purchase data with the correct currency and value, channel groupings and audience segments. Configured to answer questions, not just installed.
Google Tag Manager
One container for tags and triggers, so tracking changes do not wait for a code release and every event is versioned.
Looker Studio
Dashboards pulling from GA4, Meta Ads and Shopify at once. Stakeholder-ready, auto-refreshing and shareable.
Shopify and WooCommerce data
Order-level data for LTV cohorts, repeat purchase rate and channel attribution, joined to ad spend for true blended ROAS.
BigQuery and Google Sheets
For larger data volumes: raw GA4 events exported for historical analysis beyond GA4's rolling windows.
Need it inside your own admin? For clients who want a branded, embedded view, we build custom HTML dashboards that read straight from the APIs, with no third-party tool and no monthly SaaS fee.
Before and after
What clean data changes.
Better data leads to better decisions. This is the difference between reporting from exports and reporting from a measurement layer built for it.
How we build it
From broken tracking to a live dashboard.
We audit first, fix the tracking layer, then build dashboards on clean data. A full setup from audit to live dashboard usually takes 2 to 3 weeks.

FAQ
Analytics questions we answer every week.
Cannot find your answer? Ask us directly, we respond within 2 hours.
The Conversions API (CAPI) sends purchase and conversion events from your server straight to Meta, so they are not lost to iOS 14 restrictions, Safari's tracking prevention or ad blockers. Without it Meta optimises your campaigns against incomplete data, which inflates cost per purchase and sends budget to the wrong places.
Installed and configured are different things. Most GA4 setups we audit have missing eCommerce events, purchase values that are wrong or zero, the wrong currency, broken checkout funnel steps and no channel grouping. We audit what you have and fix what is missing before building anything on top of it.
Daily spend from Meta Ads Manager against daily revenue from your store, by channel and by campaign, with cost per purchase over time, CAC by acquisition source and LTV cohorts by month. It replaces the weekly spreadsheet exports with one view that is always current.
Yes. We pull order data through the store's API, tag orders by UTM source and join them to ad spend to produce blended ROAS, including orders the pixel did not track. That is more accurate than either platform reports on its own.
CAPI, GA4 and Pixel verification take 3 to 5 business days. A dashboard adds 3 to 5 more days, and LTV cohort analysis about a week once order data is extracted. From audit to live dashboard is usually 2 to 3 weeks, depending on data volume and platform complexity.
Usually not. GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio are free and cover most needs. BigQuery is only worth it for high-volume stores that need history beyond GA4's windows. We do not recommend a paid tool unless it solves a problem the free stack cannot.
Yes. Tags are set up to respect the visitor's cookie choice, and server-side events send only what the platforms need for measurement. We set this up as part of the tracking work rather than as an afterthought.
With the audit. There is no point building dashboards on incorrect events, so we list every gap first, fix the tracking layer, verify it, and only then build reporting on clean data.
Yes. We fix the measurement layer and hand your ad team clean conversion data and a dashboard they can use. Many clients keep their existing media buyer and use us only for tracking and reporting.
