Shopify Developer
Build custom Shopify 2.0 themes in Liquid + vanilla JS. Work on live eCommerce stores for Indian D2C brands - no apps allowed, everything native. You'll own full PDP, cart drawer, and mega menu builds.
Full-Stack Developer
Build CI4 and Laravel web apps - admin portals, booking platforms, alumni systems, and security-hardened authentication flows. You'll work directly with clients and own the architecture.
WordPress Developer
Custom WordPress theme development in PHP - no Elementor, ever. ACF Pro, custom post types, WooCommerce, schema markup, and WhatsApp integration. You must be able to write clean PHP from scratch.
UI / UX Designer
Design Figma screens for Shopify stores, web apps, and mobile apps. You must think in conversion, not decoration - every layout decision should have a reason. You'll present designs directly to clients.
Motion & Brand Designer
Create animated brand intros, social Reels templates, and print collateral for our clients. After Effects for motion, Illustrator for brand work. Portfolio of real-brand work is mandatory.
Meta Ads Manager
Manage full-funnel Meta Ads campaigns for 4–6 eCommerce clients. Pixel + CAPI setup, creative briefs, weekly optimisation, and blended ROAS reporting. You must have proven ROAS above 3×.
Social Media Executive
Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for 4–6 clients - Reels scripting and production, carousel creation, scheduling, and monthly analytics reports. You must know how to shoot and edit a Reel yourself.
Project & Account Manager
Own the delivery of 4–8 concurrent client projects - timelines, briefs, client calls, scope management, and weekly status updates. You're the bridge between clients and our technical team.
