These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of impulsebyte.com and any services provided by Impulsebyte Private Limited ("Impulsebyte", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Impulsebyte provides web and app development, Shopify and eCommerce development, UI/UX design, branding, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any client engagement are agreed separately in a proposal, quote, or statement of work ("Engagement").
2. Quotes, Payment & Engagement Terms
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the balance due per the milestones agreed in the Engagement.
- Late payments may result in project work being paused until payment is received.
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST) unless stated otherwise.

3. Intellectual Property
- Upon full and final payment for a project, ownership of the final, agreed deliverables (excluding pre-existing Impulsebyte tools, frameworks, and internal libraries) transfers to the client.
- Impulsebyte retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
- Third-party assets used in a project (stock imagery, fonts, plugins, licensed software) remain subject to their own licence terms.
4. Client Responsibilities
Timely project delivery depends on the client providing requested content, feedback, and approvals within agreed timeframes. Delays caused by the client may extend project timelines accordingly.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an Engagement private, and to use it only for the purposes of that Engagement.
6. Warranties & Disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in an Engagement, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impulsebyte's total liability arising out of or relating to an Engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that Engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an Engagement in accordance with the notice period agreed in that Engagement. The client remains responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse impulsebyte.com, including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or scraping content without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or an Engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
