They are platforms we designed, built and run ourselves, beyond our client work. Each one is in production with real people using it, which means the hard parts such as user roles, admin screens and day to day reliability have already been worked through on a live system rather than on paper.

Yes. Each product can be set up for an organisation that needs the same thing. We start with a call about how you work, check honestly whether the product is a close fit, and then set it up under your name with your content, your users and the changes your process needs.

Then we build from scratch. Many of our projects are custom platforms built in Laravel, CodeIgniter or WordPress. We would rather tell you a product is not close enough than bend your process to fit software that was made for someone else.

Usually, because the core features, the admin and the user flows already exist and run in production. How much faster depends on how far your needs are from what the product does today, which is why we scope the changes in writing before any work starts.

Yes. Setting a product up for an organisation includes your name, logo, colours and content, so your members, customers or staff see your platform, not ours.

Moving data from spreadsheets or an older system is planned as part of the setup. We look at what you have during the fit check and include the move in the written scope, so it is clear what comes across and how.

Like our other projects: scope agreed in writing and a fixed price before work starts, so there is no hourly meter running. The price depends on the product and how much it needs to change for you.

Yes. Every launch includes support afterwards, and ongoing maintenance and new features can continue on a monthly retainer if you want us to keep improving it.
