Each role you are chasing moves through a five-stage pipeline: Saved, Applied, Interviewing, Offer Received, Rejected. The dashboard summarises where everything stands at a glance, so the question "what have I actually got in flight" has one answer rather than a spreadsheet and a memory.
Around that sit a resume manager for uploaded PDFs, search and filtering across applications, and email nudges that fire when an application has sat untouched for a while, which is usually the point where a follow-up is worth sending.
