What 1JobTracker does
A focused tracker for a job search, built for the social impact and development sector rather than as a general-purpose tool. Accounts are free to create.
Each role you are chasing moves through a five-stage pipeline: Saved, Applied, Interviewing, Offer Received, Rejected. The dashboard summarises where everything stands at a glance, so the question "what have I actually got in flight" has one answer rather than a spreadsheet and a memory.
Around that sit a resume manager for uploaded PDFs, search and filtering across applications, and email nudges that fire when an application has sat untouched for a while, which is usually the point where a follow-up is worth sending.

Yes. 1JobTracker is one of our own products, and we set up, customise and launch it for organisations that need the same thing. It starts with a free consultation where we look at how your organisation works and whether the platform fits it as it is.
Customising is part of every setup. Branding, content and the parts of the workflow that differ for your organisation are agreed in a written scope before any work starts, so you know what will change and what will stay as it is.
We tell you honestly whether it is close enough to start from. If it is not, we can build what you need from scratch instead, using what we learned building and running this platform.
After the consultation you get a written scope with a fixed price. Projects are billed half upfront and half on delivery, so there is no hourly meter running while the platform is set up.
