Not a poster on the wall. These are decisions we make every day: what we prioritise, what we refuse, and how we treat each other.
Ship, don't theorise
We measure success by what goes live, not what was planned. Every week something ships to a real client. No slide decks masquerading as work.
Ownership over permission
Everyone owns their work end to end. If you built it, you are responsible for it, and you get credit for it. No managers standing between work and decisions.
Quality is non-negotiable
We do not ship work that embarrasses us. Fast pages, clean code and real schema markup are defaults, not extras. If something is not good enough, we say so.
Small team, big trust
Small enough that everyone knows what everyone is working on. No politics, no bureaucracy. We hire slowly, because one bad hire changes the culture.
Clients are partners
We do not take a brief and disappear. We tell clients when something is wrong, when an idea will not work, and when we think there is a better approach.
Rest is part of the job
We close for Diwali week. Nobody checks if you are online on Sunday. Burnt-out people ship bad work, so we would rather you take a day off.

What a typical day looks like.
No micromanagement and no mandated eight hours online. Deliverables-based, async-first, with protected deep work time. The rhythm shifts with the project, but this is the shape of most days.

Everyone posts three bullets: what shipped yesterday, what is happening today and any blockers. No meeting, no video call.

Deep work block, no pings
Protected focus time with DMs held. Client builds, ad optimisations and design iterations happen here.

Team lunch at the Jaipur office
Catered lunch at the office three days a week. Remote team members get a monthly lunch allowance.

Client calls or design reviews
Scheduled client calls, or internal design and code reviews. Never more than two hours of meetings in a day.

The second focus block. Most shipping happens between 4 and 7 PM.

We track deliverables, not hours. If your work is done, you are done. Nobody checks if you are online after 7 PM.

Real client work early
You ship to live client projects, not mock exercises. The first theme, campaign or feature you build goes in front of a real business.
Every PR gets reviewed
Code is reviewed before it ships, so you learn the standards from the work itself rather than from a handbook.
Weekly design reviews
Design reviews are founder-led and weekly. Work gets better in the room, not in a long feedback document.
You talk to clients
Everyone talks to clients. You hear the problem first-hand, which is the fastest way to learn what good work looks like.

The learning budget covers courses, books and certifications, with Shopify Partner exams and Meta Blueprint covered in full.
