We are a small agency in Jaipur. We build Shopify stores, web apps, and Meta Ads campaigns for brands across India. Everyone ships real work, everyone talks to clients, and nobody is just warming a seat.
The values we actually work by.
Not a poster on the wall. These are decisions we make every day - what we prioritise, what we refuse, and how we treat each other.
Ship, don't theorise
We measure success by what goes live, not what was planned. Every week something ships to a real client. No slide decks masquerading as work.
Ownership over permission
Everyone owns their work end-to-end. If you built it, you are responsible for it - and you get credit for it. We do not have managers standing between work and decisions.
Quality is non-negotiable
We do not ship work that embarrasses us. 90+ PageSpeed, clean code, real schema markup - these are defaults, not extras. If something is not good enough, we say so.
Small team, big trust
Small enough that everyone knows what everyone is working on. No politics, no bureaucracy. We hire slowly because one bad hire changes the culture.
Clients are partners
We do not take a brief and disappear. We tell clients when something is wrong, when their idea will not work, and when we think we have a better approach.
Rest is part of the job
We close for Diwali week. Nobody checks if you are online on Sunday. Burnt-out people ship bad work - we would rather you take a day off than write code while exhausted.

No micromanagement. No 8-hour mandated availability. Deliverables-based, async-first, with protected deep work time.
Everyone posts 3 bullets: what shipped yesterday, what is happening today, and any blockers. No meeting, no Zoom. Takes 5 minutes.
2-hour protected focus time. Slack DMs held. This is when the real work happens. Client builds, ad optimisations, design iterations.
Catered lunch at the office 3 days a week. Remote team members get a monthly lunch allowance.
Scheduled calls with clients, or internal design/code reviews. Never more than 2 hours of meetings in a day.
Second focus block. Most shipping happens between 4 and 7 PM.
We track deliverables, not hours. If your work is done, you are done. Nobody checks if you are online after 7 PM.
What comes with the job.
Everything listed here is real, confirmed, and in your offer letter. No vague "unlimited PTO" that is culturally impossible to take.
Medical cover for all full-time employees including family. No waiting period after 90 days.
Courses, tools, books, and certifications. Shopify Partner exams and Meta Blueprint covered in full.
15 paid days off per year plus all public holidays. Diwali week: office closed, everyone off.
Most roles are hybrid or remote. Output over hours - always. No time-tracking, no check-in pings.
Rs 10,000 one-time equipment allowance for full-time hires. Keyboard, monitor, whatever makes you faster.
Quarterly performance bonus for client retention and project delivery. Tied to real metrics, not manager opinion.
Weekly 1-on-1 with the founder. No layers of management. Your feedback goes directly to the person who can act on it.
We do not schedule anything on weekends. If something breaks on a Saturday, the on-call rotation is fair and compensated.
