UI/UX Design

UI and UX design for web apps, mobile apps, eCommerce stores, dashboards, and landing pages - in Figma. Research, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, interactive prototypes, and developer-ready handoff. Design that works for users, not just looks good in a presentation.

Design Problems We Fix

Six signs your product needs a proper design pass.

Most design problems are not aesthetic - they are structural. These are the patterns we see most often on projects that come to us after a failed first attempt.

Designed on desktop, broken on mobile

The desktop version looks fine. On a phone, text overflows, buttons are too small to tap, and forms are impossible to fill. Over 70% of Indian web traffic is mobile. Designing desktop-first and hoping it adapts is not a strategy.

Inconsistent UI - different styles on every page

Three different button styles, four shades of blue, headings at random sizes, spacing that is different on every page. The product looks like it was built by five people with no shared design system - because it was.

Users cannot find the checkout or contact action

The primary CTA is buried below the fold, the same visual weight as secondary actions, or missing entirely on mobile. Good design makes the next step obvious. If users are confused about what to do, they leave.

Developers building from vague written specs

No Figma file means developers are making design decisions in code - inconsistent spacing, improvised components, wrong fonts. Every dev decision that should have been a design decision costs time to redo.

Dashboard with 40 data points and no hierarchy

Every number is the same size. Every chart is the same weight. The user cannot tell what matters most. Data-heavy interfaces need deliberate visual hierarchy - what to look at first, what is context, what is action.

Every design change requires a developer

No design system means every small tweak - changing a button label, updating a banner, adjusting spacing - goes to a developer. A proper component library lets your team make content changes without writing code.

What We Design

Six design disciplines we work across.

Web App & SaaS UI

Multi-page web application design - onboarding, dashboard, settings, data tables, forms, empty states, error states, and mobile-responsive layouts. Component-based so development is systematic, not improvised screen by screen.

Fixed-price per project

Mobile App UI

React Native app screens designed to platform standards - Android Material and iOS Human Interface Guidelines observed. Onboarding, home, listing, detail, cart, checkout, profile, and settings screens. Gestures and navigation patterns documented for developers.

Fixed-price per project

eCommerce UX

Homepage, collection page, PDP, cart, checkout, and account pages designed for conversion - with filter UX, variant picker design, product image layouts, trust signals, and mobile-first checkout flow. Specific to Shopify or custom eCommerce platforms.

Fixed-price per project

Dashboard & Admin UI

Data-heavy admin interfaces with deliberate visual hierarchy - KPI cards, charts, data tables, filters, sidebars, and action panels. Multi-role admin dashboards for CI4 and Laravel platforms. Information architecture mapped before any visual design begins.

Fixed-price per project

Design System

Component library in Figma - buttons, inputs, cards, modals, navigation, tables, and all states (default, hover, active, disabled, error). Colour tokens, typography scale, spacing system, and icon set. Your team designs and builds faster from a shared foundation.

Fixed-price per project

Landing Page Design

Conversion-focused landing pages for paid campaigns, product launches, and lead capture - above-the-fold hero, social proof section, feature breakdown, objection handling, and CTA. Designed for the specific audience and traffic source, not as a generic template.

Design Process

How we go from brief to dev-ready Figma file.

1
Discovery & user flow mapping

Brief, audience definition, competitor review, and user journey mapping. Every screen is listed before we design any of them. Information architecture documented so there are no "we forgot this page" moments mid-project.

2
Wireframes (low-fidelity)

Layout and structure first, no colour or typography. Validated with you before we spend time on visual polish. Changes at wireframe stage are fast and cheap - changes at high-fidelity stage are not.

3
High-fidelity UI design

Full colour, typography, spacing, and component design. Every interactive state covered - hover, active, error, empty, loading. Two rounds of revisions included. Feedback collected in Figma comments, not over email.

4
Prototype & developer handoff

Clickable prototype for key user flows. Figma Dev Mode handoff with auto-generated CSS values, spacing specs, and exported assets. Source file delivered - you own every frame, component, and token.

Deliverables

What you receive at project end.

Figma source file
All screens, components, variants, and pages. You own it permanently.
Interactive prototype
Clickable flow for primary user journeys. Shareable Figma link.
Developer handoff specs
Figma Dev Mode with spacing, typography, and colour values. Exported icon SVGs and image assets.
Component library
All reusable components with variants and all interactive states documented.
Design decisions document
Rationale for key UX decisions - why the navigation works this way, why the checkout flow is structured as it is.

We build what we design. If you need the Figma turned into a working CI4 app, Shopify theme, or React Native app - we do that too. Design and development under one roof means no translation loss.

FAQ

Questions about design projects.

Not sure how many screens you need? Tell us what you are building and we will scope it.

Start a Design Project
Do we need to provide a brief or can you help define the scope?
Both work. If you have a clear brief, we start scoping immediately. If you have an idea but no brief, we run a 30-minute discovery call to map user flows, screen count, and key design decisions - then produce the scope document. The call is free. We do not start design without an agreed scope and screen list.
We already have a developer. Can you design and hand off to them?
Yes - this is a common arrangement. We deliver a Figma file with Dev Mode enabled, exported assets, and a handoff document. We can also do a 30-minute walkthrough call with your developer at handoff to clarify interactions and component behaviour. We have handed off designs to external development teams many times.
What if we want you to build what you design?
We can build it - CI4, Laravel, WordPress, Shopify, or React Native depending on what you need. Design and development scoped together from the start means no translation loss between what was designed and what gets built. This is how we work on most of our own client projects.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two rounds on Starter and Web/App plans, three on the Design System plan. A revision round means we address all feedback from one consolidated review - not individual comments over multiple days. Additional rounds beyond the included count are available at our T&M design rate (Rs 900/hr).
We need to redesign an existing product, not build from scratch.
Redesigns are a significant part of what we do. We audit the existing product first - what is working, what is broken, and what users are struggling with based on analytics and any existing feedback. We then redesign the problem areas systematically. A redesign brief should include access to the existing product, any GA4 or Hotjar data you have, and the specific problems users are reporting.
Do you do UX research - user interviews, usability testing?
Lightweight UX research is included in every project - competitor analysis, heuristic evaluation of existing products, and review of any analytics or user feedback you have. Formal user interviews and moderated usability testing are available as a separate scope add-on. For most small-to-medium projects, analytics-informed design decisions are more cost-effective than a full research programme.
