The brief
What Water RO Service Management does
Built for RO water purifier businesses that sell hardware and then live off service and annual maintenance contracts. It runs the public storefront and the internal side from one codebase.
The catalogue covers purifiers and accessories separately, each filterable by category with its own product pages. Services are modelled as their own landing pages, one per job type, covering service, repair, installation, un-installation, filter and membrane replacement and AMC, so each can rank on its own and carry its own pricing line. Per-city landing pages extend the same structure into local search.
Enquiries arrive two ways: through lead capture forms with honeypot spam protection, and through WhatsApp deep links prefilled per service and per product so the message already says what the customer needs. A staff login opens the admin side for managing the catalogue, services and enquiries.
