Overview
JNV Sikar Alumni Association needed a complete digital platform to connect alumni across batches spanning decades. The platform needed a public-facing site with alumni stories, events, and a directory — plus a private role-based admin system for students, batch coordinators, and super admins. Brand identity used Fraunces and Outfit fonts with a royal blue and orange palette.
The Challenge
There was no existing digital platform — everything was managed over WhatsApp groups. The role hierarchy was complex: Super Admins manage everything, Batch Coordinators manage only their own batch, and Students can only update their own profiles. All role actions required server-side validation.
Our Approach
We built a multi-page public site in CI4 with pages for About, Alumni Directory, Events, Gallery, and Contact. The admin system was a SPA-style interface with a role-based middleware layer using CI4 Shield. Batch Coordinators saw only their batch data. A Super Admin could promote or demote users and create new batches.
