Do you take on small projects?

Yes - our smallest projects start from around Rs 8,000 (a single graphic design asset or a focused CRO fix). We do not have a minimum project size. What we do have is an honest filter: if your budget and the scope are misaligned, we say so upfront rather than undersell and overrun. Fill in the form and we will be direct about whether it is a fit.

Do you work with clients outside Jaipur and outside India?

Yes. Our clients are based across Jaipur, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, and internationally - including the UK and US. All project communication happens over email, WhatsApp, and video call. We have a US number (+1 980-365-6373) for clients in North America. Time zones have never been a project barrier.

How does payment work?

For fixed-price projects: 50% upfront to start, 50% on delivery. For monthly retainers: invoiced at the start of each month. We accept bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT), UPI, Razorpay (cards, netbanking), and international wire for overseas clients. GST invoices issued for all engagements. No payment is taken until a scope document is agreed in writing.

Can we see your previous work before reaching out?

Yes - our Work page shows projects across Shopify development, WooCommerce, CI4, branding, motion, and marketing. Some client work is under NDA and not publicly shown, but we can share relevant examples under NDA during the scoping conversation if your project category matches.

What if our project is not clearly defined yet?

That is fine - and more common than you might think. Send us what you have: the problem you are trying to solve, the platform you are on or considering, and a rough sense of budget and timeline. We will ask the right questions to help define scope. You do not need a fully written brief to get a useful first reply from us.
