Slow on a real phone
Largest Contentful Paint above 4 seconds, layout shifts, uncompressed images. Page experience is part of how Google ranks, and a slow mobile page loses the visitor before it loses the ranking.
Technical SEO, on-page work, content and local SEO for WordPress, Shopify, Laravel and CodeIgniter sites. We fix what stops a site from ranking, in the code itself, then build the content and authority that keep it there.
SEO done by the team that builds the site.
We write the code on the platforms we optimise, so a fix goes into the theme or the template the same week, not into a report someone else has to act on.

Why you are not ranking
Most ranking problems are technical and structural, not a shortage of blog posts. These are the six we find on almost every site we audit.
Largest Contentful Paint above 4 seconds, layout shifts, uncompressed images. Page experience is part of how Google ranks, and a slow mobile page loses the visitor before it loses the ranking.
404s, redirect chains, parameter URLs and pages blocked in robots.txt. Googlebot spends its visits on the wrong URLs instead of the pages you want indexed.
Without schema there are no review stars, breadcrumbs or product details in the results. Competitors who have it take more of the page.
A product page aimed at a "how to" query will not rank however well it is written. We map every keyword to the type of page that can win it first.
No Google Business Profile, a different address on every directory, no local schema. A competitor two cities away outranks you for "near me" searches.
Important pages with no links from the rest of the site, and orphan pages nobody can reach. Authority never flows to the pages that sell.
What we do
Each one is done inside your site, by people who write the code, and reported against the numbers in Search Console.
Core Web Vitals, crawl errors, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicals, hreflang, redirects and URL structure, fixed in your CMS.
Every plan
Titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, image alt text and intent match for every target page.
Every plan
Intent-mapped research and a keyword-to-page map, with a gap analysis against the competitors you actually face.
Every plan
JSON-LD for Organisation, LocalBusiness, Product, Article, FAQ, Breadcrumb and Review, tested before it goes live.
Every plan
Google Business Profile, consistent name, address and phone across directories, local schema and location pages.
Growth and Scale
A monthly plan from keyword gaps: category copy, landing pages and articles in topic clusters that build authority.
Growth and Scale
Clear entities, answer-first content and structured data, so AI Overviews and AI assistants can understand and cite your pages.
Every plan
Content worth citing and targeted outreach to relevant publications. No paid link schemes that risk a manual action.
Growth and Scale
Free SEO audit
Every engagement starts with a technical audit, and for a new enquiry a summary audit is free. Each check is done with the tool built for it, and every finding comes with the page it is on and the fix.

Google Business Profile, reviews and directory consistency.
BrightLocal
Core Web Vitals
Google judges each one at the 75th percentile of page loads from Chrome users. Interaction to Next Paint replaced First Input Delay as a Core Web Vital in March 2024.
LCP
Largest Contentful Paint
How long until the main content shows.
What we change: Right-sized hero images, preloading, server response time, fewer render-blocking scripts.
INP
Interaction to Next Paint
How quickly the page reacts to a tap or click.
What we change: Less JavaScript on the main thread, fewer third-party tags, apps and widgets audited.
CLS
Cumulative Layout Shift
How much the page jumps while it loads.
What we change: Image and embed dimensions set, fonts loaded without shifts, banners reserved space.
AI search
Google's AI Overviews and assistants such as ChatGPT search and Perplexity answer the question first and cite a few pages. Google says there is no special markup for AI Overviews: a page has to be indexed and eligible to show in Search. So the work is the fundamentals, done well and written to be quoted.
Answer-first content
The direct answer in the first lines of a section, then the detail, so it can be lifted as it is.
One clear entity
Your business name, address, people and services described the same way on your site, Google Business Profile and directories.
Structured data that matches the page
Organisation, Product, FAQ and Article schema that says what the visible content says.
Crawlable by the right bots
robots.txt and server rules checked so search and AI crawlers you want can reach the pages you want cited.
Local SEO
For a business that serves a city or a region, the map results often get the click before the first organic link does. Google ranks them on relevance, distance and prominence, and we work on the parts you control.
Google Business Profile
Categories, services, photos, posts and Q&A set up and kept current.
Consistent citations
The same name, address and phone on JustDial, Sulekha, IndiaMART and other directories.
A review routine
A simple way for happy customers to leave a review, and replies to every one.
Location pages
A real page per city or branch with local schema, not one page with ten city names.
Platform SEO
We build on these platforms ourselves, so we know where each one goes wrong and fix it in the theme, plugin or template.
Shopify handles hosting and the basics well. The traps are duplicate product URLs, thin collection pages and app scripts that slow every page.
WordPress gives full control, which also means plugins, page builders and themes can quietly work against each other.
A custom Laravel site can be fast and clean, but nothing is there by default: meta tags, sitemaps and schema all have to be built.
CodeIgniter sites are often older builds where SEO was never part of the brief. The fixes are usually quick wins.

How we work
SEO compounds, so the first three months are planned in detail before we start, and every month after is planned from what Search Console shows.
Month 1
Full technical audit in week one, priority fixes in weeks two to four, GSC and GA4 set up if they are missing, keyword map delivered.
Month 2
Priority pages rewritten for their target queries: titles, meta, headings, copy, internal links and schema.
Month 3 and on
Monthly content for keyword gaps, topic clusters, local SEO kept current and links earned through outreach.
Every month
Rankings, clicks, impressions, CTR and conversions from GSC and GA4: what moved, what did not, what is next.

Monthly report
Every figure in the report comes from your own Search Console and GA4, which you own and can open any time. No vanity metrics, no screenshots of a tool you cannot log in to.

FAQ
If your question is not here, put it in the form and you will get a straight answer.
No, and nobody honestly can. Google does not share how rankings are decided, and they depend on competition, content and hundreds of other signals. We guarantee the work: Google-approved practices, technical issues fixed, content and authority built, and real numbers from your own Search Console every month.
Technical fixes usually show up in Search Console impressions within 4 to 8 weeks. Competitive keywords typically take 3 to 6 months. Local and long-tail searches often move faster, in 6 to 10 weeks. Results build on each other, which is why the minimum is 3 months.
They answer the question and cite a few pages. Google says there is no special markup for AI Overviews: a page has to be indexed and eligible to show in Search. We make your pages easy to understand and quote: answer-first copy, consistent business details, structured data that matches the page, and crawl access for the bots you want.
They do different jobs. Ads stop when the budget stops; a page that ranks keeps bringing visits without extra spend. Most brands do best with both: ads for demand right now, SEO for traffic that builds up over time.
We earn them: content worth citing and targeted outreach to relevant publications and directories. We do not buy links. Paid link schemes break Google's spam policies and can lead to a manual action that takes months to recover from.
Both rank well when set up properly. WordPress with Yoast or Rank Math gives full control. Shopify has a few structural quirks, such as duplicate product URLs inside collections, that we handle in the theme. We build on both, so we make the changes directly.
You do. Search Console, GA4 and Google Business Profile stay in your name with us added as users, and every page and article we write is yours to keep if you stop working with us.
Search Console and GA4 access (or we set them up), CMS access to make changes, and a short brief: who your customers are, the competitors you know of, and the searches you most want to win. Then a 30-minute kick-off call in week one.
The map pack is ranked on three things Google names publicly, and only two of them are yours to change. Here is what that means in practice for a Jaipur business, and which of the usual local SEO advice is a waste of your time.
Most of the risk in a WooCommerce to Shopify move is not the product data. It is the URL map, the things that were plugins and now have to be rebuilt, and in India the payment gateway, which does not come across at all.
Shopify handles a lot of technical SEO for you and leaves a specific set of problems it cannot fix. Here is which pages to fight for, the duplicate URL trap every store has, and what to do about supplier product copy.
