PPC & Paid Ads: Pay for buyers,
not for clicks.
Every rupee tracked.

Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, remarketing and YouTube ads managed by our team in Jaipur, for eCommerce, D2C brands and lead generation. Conversion tracking is verified before a campaign goes live, and every decision is judged on return on ad spend, not on clicks.

Why ads fail

Six reasons your Google Ads spend is not paying back.

Most underperforming accounts share the same structural problems. These are the six we fix in month one, before we ask for a bigger budget.

01

No conversion tracking

Clicks happen and money is spent, but no purchase or lead is recorded. Smart Bidding has nothing to learn from, so it optimises blind.

Clicks onlySales tracked
02

No negative keywords

Broad match without a negative list shows your ads for searches that have nothing to do with what you sell. A classic set-and-forget account.

Any searchRelevant only
03

Every ad goes to the homepage

Someone searches for one product and lands on the homepage. Every extra click to find it costs conversions. The landing page must match the search.

HomepageMatched page
04

One campaign for everything

Brand, competitor, category and product keywords in one campaign. Different intent needs different bids, copy and pages, so none of them perform.

One bucketBy intent
05

Ads running around the clock

Equal bids at 3 AM and at peak hours. If your business converts in the daytime, the schedule and bids should say so.

24/7 flatScheduled
06

No remarketing

Most first-time visitors leave without buying. Without remarketing you pay to bring them in once and then let them go. The cheapest sale is someone who already knows you.

Campaign types

Six campaign types, one accountable team.

We pick the campaign types your business needs, not every type Google offers. The plan label shows where each one is included.

Google Search

Intent-matched campaigns: keyword research, match type strategy, ad copy with all assets, negative keyword list, ad schedule and a bid strategy matched to your conversion window.

All plans

Google Shopping

Product feed optimised in Google Merchant Center, campaigns structured by category and margin, bids set by product performance. For Shopify and WooCommerce catalogues.

Growth and Scale

Performance Max

Asset groups with headlines, descriptions, images, logos and video across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube and Gmail, with audience signals set so learning is not wasted.

Growth and Scale

Remarketing

Audiences split into past visitors, product viewers and cart abandoners, with buyers excluded, and a message matched to where each person dropped off.

All plans

YouTube ads

In-stream and in-feed video for launches and awareness, targeted by interest, intent and custom segments, with brief and script guidance if you need it.

Scale

Lead generation

Search campaigns for service businesses around high-intent queries, with lead forms and conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager to your form or CRM.

All plans

Conversion tracking

No campaign runs until tracking is verified.

Google's bidding can only aim at what it is told counts. So in week one we set up conversions through Google Tag Manager, test every event, and connect GA4, before any budget is spent on growth.

  • Purchases with value

Order value passed with every sale, so bidding can aim at revenue, not just order count.

  • Leads and form submits

Each form tracked as its own conversion, with spam and duplicates kept out.

  • Calls from ads and site

Calls from the ad and clicks on your phone number counted as leads.

  • CRM sync on Scale

Lead data passed to your CRM so you can see which campaigns bring customers, not just enquiries.

Account structure

Campaigns split by what the searcher wants.

Each intent gets its own campaign, budget, copy and landing page, so a strong keyword is never held back by a weak one sharing its budget.

Brand campaign

People searching your name already want you. This campaign protects that traffic from competitors bidding on your brand, usually at a low cost per click.

Example search

yourbrand kurta

Lands on

Homepage or the exact collection

  • Exact and phrase match on brand terms
  • Sitelinks to your top categories
  • Kept separate so it does not flatter the rest of the account

Category campaign

Searches for a type of product or service, where the buyer is still choosing. The landing page has to show the range and why you are the right pick.

Example search

ethnic kurta for women

Lands on

Category or collection page

  • Ad groups tightly themed by category
  • Copy that answers price, delivery and returns
  • Negatives built weekly from the search terms report

Product and Shopping

The highest intent of all: someone searching for a specific item. Shopping ads show the product, price and store before the click.

Example search

cotton anarkali kurta blue

Lands on

The product page itself

  • Merchant Center feed with clean titles and attributes
  • Products grouped by margin and performance
  • Bids raised on sellers, cut on products that never convert

Competitor campaign

Bidding on competitor names can win buyers who are comparing, but it costs more and converts lower. We test it in a capped budget, never mixed with brand.

Example search

competitor brand alternative

Lands on

A comparison or offer page

  • Separate, capped budget
  • Copy that never uses their trademark in the ad text
  • Stopped if cost per sale stays above target

Remarketing

People who visited, viewed a product or left a cart. The message changes with where they dropped off, and buyers are excluded so you do not pay to reach them again.

Example search

Past visitors, cart abandoners

Lands on

The product or cart they left

  • Audiences split by stage
  • Frequency kept in check
  • Display and Search remarketing measured separately

Ad copy and assets

Ads written for the search, not the brand book.

A responsive search ad can carry up to 15 headlines and 4 descriptions. We write all of them for every ad group, then add every asset that fits, so the ad takes more space and answers more questions before the click.

Sitelinks

Direct links to categories, offers and contact.

Callouts

Short proof points: delivery, returns, support.

Structured snippets

Your range, brands or services in one line.

Call and location

A tap to call, and your address for local searches.

Google vs Meta

Google catches demand. Meta creates it.

They do different jobs, which is why they work well together. Someone who sees your Meta ad and later searches your brand on Google is caught by a Search campaign.

What it captures

How we work

Month one gets the foundations right.

A new or inherited account goes through the same four weeks. Nothing is scaled until tracking is verified and the structure is sound.

    Audit and tracking

Audit of the existing account, or a clean setup. Conversions set up through Google Tag Manager for purchases, leads and calls, and tested.

FAQ

Honest answers about paid ads.

If your question is not here, ask in the form and you will get a straight answer.

No. The Google Ads account is in your name with your billing details, and the budget goes straight from you to Google. We manage the campaigns as an admin user and never hold your ad money. You can see every rupee spent in your own Google Ads dashboard at any time.

It depends on your margins, average order value, competition and the quality of your landing pages. Search and Shopping can run profitably once the account is structured and tracking is clean. Lead generation is judged on cost per lead instead. We set realistic targets in month one from your category CPCs and conversion rates, not made-up numbers.

Search campaigns usually show a direction in 2 to 4 weeks once tracking is verified. Smart Bidding needs around 30 to 50 conversions to leave its learning phase, and Performance Max needs 4 to 6 weeks of data. We set expectations before launch and do not switch bid strategies in the middle of learning.

The Starter plan is built for ad budgets of roughly Rs 20,000 to Rs 60,000 a month, Growth for Rs 60,000 to Rs 2 lakh, and Scale for Rs 2 lakh and above. Below that, there is often too little conversion data for bidding to learn, and we will say so in the audit.

Meta reaches people while they scroll and creates demand. Google reaches people while they search and captures it. They complement each other: someone who sees a Meta ad and then searches your brand is caught by a Search campaign. Running both often lifts total conversions at a lower blended cost per acquisition.

Yes. Meta Ads management is a separate service and many clients use both. We usually recommend starting with one channel, getting it profitable, then adding the second. If you want both from day one, ask about a combined scope and we will quote it after the audit.

Yes, on the Growth and Scale plans. We clean product titles and attributes, fix feed errors and disapprovals, and group products by margin and performance so bids follow what sells. We build Shopify and WooCommerce stores ourselves, so feed fixes that need the store changed can be done in-house.

Month one is setup and learning, so we do not promise peak results in week one. What we guarantee is working conversion tracking, a sound structure and relevant search terms. If after 60 days of verified conversion data the account is not improving, we will have an honest conversation about why.

You do. The Google Ads account, Merchant Center, Tag Manager and GA4 all stay in your name, with us added as users. If you stop working with us, you remove our access and every campaign, keyword list and report stays exactly where it is.

For tracking, yes: Tag Manager or the ability to add it, and ideally access to your store or CMS. On the Scale plan landing page conversion work is included, and on other plans we flag landing page fixes with clear notes your team or ours can act on.
